The NEC Planning Solutions team developed a comprehensive, construction-oriented program using Primavera P6. They integrated existing plans and third-party schedules from Excel and MS Project into a master schedule in Primavera P6. Critical deliverables were tracked and made visible to the entire team, particularly the engineering division, enabling them to manage construction activities safely, effectively, and with confidence.

We conducted earned value analysis to enhance productivity and monitor the project's budget and cash flow for contractors. Additionally, we maintained a detailed change register to track the impacts on the program as the main contractor's designs and requirements evolved throughout the project. We also created phased plans to support the integration of subsequent trades.
